What you will experience in Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Shivsiddh Yogpeeth.
Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course at Shivsiddh Yogpeeth is the best opportunity for the aspirants who are looking forward to starting an intense dynamic training in yoga. This program is specially designed according to the seekers who are only looking for particular training in advanced Vinyasa Flow series to attain more strength and flexibility. This specific course will be focusing on some main points like the linking of asanas and the breathing flow which actually vinyasa yoga is all about, and also to focus on the asana Alignment part because while moving dynamic, often the practitioners start missing the alignment segment which makes the practice going on but not really ideal because yoga is not only to move but to move in proper flow and that is the ideal definition of vinyasa yoga.
Students will be benefited to understand the relation of breath and the postures deeply because often if we notice that when people do yoga exercises hardly they connect to the breathing system how inhalation should be and where to focus on the exhalation. Actually the work of breath should be understood first as that is the key which makes us aware of understanding the delicacy of the asana practices. After this course, the aspirants will surely be full of confidence and positivity to share their experiences as teachers. The course will be followed by morning Hatha Yoga practice where the preparatory asana practice will be focused as for achieving a deep approach in vinyasa flow; a stronger base is needed so before learning the dynamic flow, stability is needed.
In the evening sessions, only vinyasa flow classes will be there helping the students to get deeper into their practice and teach them also how to prepare flow and getting more aware of the breathing. Along with asana classes, pranayama sessions will be main, which will also get advanced delivering more intense sessions focusing on the holding (kumbhaka) more. Apart from this, mantra & meditation, applied anatomy & physiology and yoga philosophy will be necessarily important subjects which will be having specific importance in the course schedule to make it a complete package so that the course will be resulting in making the seekers or students skilled and more confident to deliver their knowledge to others.
“Our approach is not only having people signed up and leave after the course period as just practitioners but to leave having a stronger impression that can help them to explore their inner teacher”
Vinyasa flow Yoga was started after the ashtanga yoga practice got widely known around the world. Ashtanga yoga was started by Pattabhi Josie (1915 - 2009) a known and famous yogi of modern times who was from Mysore, India. He claimed to learn this form or style of asana practice from his guru Sri Krishnamacharya. Vinyasa yoga is known to be born out of Ashtanga origin and became a trend of modern times specially after getting recognition from the west where lots of aspirants visit India to practice and experience the nature of this yoga style so that they could become more authentic and advanced as yoga practitioners and teachers. The word vinyasa is derived from Sanskrit word ‘Nyasa’ which means “to place” or “to move” and the prefix ‘vi’ resembles, “in a specific way”. The meaning literally gives a clear idea of the explanation of vinyasa as the movement balanced with breathing and awareness on consciousness. Entitled as ‘vinyasa flow’, this form of Yoga is usually done as a dynamic practice of yoga where Asanas are attempted in sequences following with the system of breathing. Breathing is one of the main necessities to learn the vinyasa style as that gives the seekers more stability and control in their practice.
The main purpose of Vinyasa yoga is to bind the asana practice and the breathing system to get a better control and Alignment. This practice is quite famous and liked by people specially in modern times because it gives a challenging approach to the practitioners. Regular practice of vinyasa flow increases stamina of the practitioners and develop physical as well as mental strength in practitioners. The awareness on breathing awakens the consciousness and also the alertness of the brain functioning which in response increases a better mind body control. The most important benefit of practicing vinyasa flow is that it maintains a proper flow between the brain and the body so the stability of the postures increases particularly in manner of alignment. Alignment in asanas start getting more proper, the neuro-muscular balance of the body increases and as a result the muscle toning increases. Practicing vinyasa flow start increasing the control on the body day by day and that is why this one of the most known and followed practices nowadays as everyone want to get more stable and energetic and want to get refreshed as the lifestyle and the work culture now is very much limiting the physical balance and the health as well. So for the overall development of the body and mind vinyasa is the best approach. Mostly people take it as only physical exercise but that would not be the perfect way to explain what vinyasa is as vinyasa flow is the way of getting one’s consciousness balanced and keep the rhythm of the breath and the body giving a deeper approach on the balance of the autonomic nervous system which increases the control on senses and alignment of body too.
Don’t miss the opportunity to explore your inner wisdom of understanding the physical and mental balance through working on your breath and the asana relation because this connection only can take you to the state of deeper balance. Breath deep, move in a flow and dedicate yourself to vinyasa yoga”
